We help organisations
adopt and use AI.

Quietly. Carefully. Built around people.

Our approach

New

AI is creating new ways of working, but we believe the people who understand the work best are the ones already doing it. If you redesign without them, critical details get missed and no one takes ownership.

State

The established state of your business is there for a reason: its processes work, or they fit into a wider ecosystem. Where they’re inefficient, the cause is usually that ecosystem of processes, not the process itself.

Design

Our approach is to design a service blueprint in a workshop with your team, mapping out your existing systems and processes to show who does what and how it all fits together. From there, people find for themselves where AI can best help, and this is often where their roles meet. Because they lead the change, the AI is better tailored to the task, everyone understands why, and the new way of working takes hold across the business.

What is a service blueprint?

A service blueprint maps your service from start to finish. It shows what your customer experiences alongside everything that happens behind the scenes to deliver it: who does what, when, and with which systems.

Once the whole service is laid out, the pain points become clear: the delays, the duplicated effort, and the moments where work passes from one person to another and something gets lost. Those handovers are where AI can help most, taking on the repetitive work so your people can focus on the parts that need their judgement.

Example: a housing association fixing a tenant’s boiler
Example service blueprint: a housing association fixing a tenant’s boiler The job moves across four stages (report, triage, visit, close) and between six lanes: tenant, housing team, engineer, repairs team, finance and systems. It changes hands twelve times. Pain points are flagged where the job is re-typed from call notes, where the tenant is chased for photos, where the visit is booked, and where the invoice is checked by hand. A final row shows where AI can help: logging the call, triaging photos, offering appointment slots and matching the invoice to the job. REPORT TRIAGE VISIT CLOSE TENANT HOUSING TEAM ENGINEER REPAIRS TEAM FINANCE SYSTEMS AI CAN HELP Reports fault Sends photos Picks a time Gives feedback Takes the call Chases photos Books a visit Closes the job Fixes boiler Sends invoice Logs the job Assesses fault Checks invoice Phone, email Housing system Scheduler Finance system Logs the call Triages photos Offers slots Matches to job
